Finally an anime character for the sweet and wise Tsundere Victorica! The series takes place in a small fictional country in Europe between France and Italy. Kazuya Kujo is an exchange student from Japan and goes there to St. Marguerite School. He meets on the top floor of the library on the mysterious student Victorica that never appears in class and there to read above the botanical garden cares. Since it is very small and has beautiful blond hair she is called golden fairy. Many students do not even know if they really exist. The two are not at the beginning as well, but that changes the course of history. Victorica solve every murder case with her sharp mind and is so often asked by the police for help.
