and Shipping Cost Overview
If the customer wishes to have the goods shipped, the customer bears – unless the item is marked as free shipping in the product description or the requirements for free shipping are met - the delivery and shipping costs. These are charged in the form of a flat shipping rate, which includes the statutory VAT of currently 19%. When shipping goods abroad, additional taxes and costs may arise, in particular for customs duties, which must be borne by the customer. Shipping Times:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description in individual cases, shipments are dispatched within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of your payment (prepayment, instant bank transfer or PayPal). For cash on delivery orders, delivery takes place within 5 days of receipt of the order. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-5 working days, for international deliveries 3-12 working days. Items that are not immediately ready for shipment are marked accordingly in the product description with Pre-order or Reorder.
