More about Mein*Star
Mein*Star (Japanese 【推しの子】 Oshi no Ko) is a manga series by Aka Akasaka (story) and Mengo Yokoyari (art). It ran from April 2020 to November 2024 in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump and spans 16 volumes. The German edition was published by Altraverse from June 2021 to May 2025.

At its centre is an obstetrician, Gorō, who is reborn as the son of his favourite idol, Ai Hoshino: as Aquamarine, twin brother of Ruby, who also appears to be a reincarnation. The series looks behind the scenes of the entertainment industry.

An anime adaptation by Doga Kobo followed in 2023, and a TV drama and a live-action film were added in 2024. This page features figures of Ai, Ruby, Aqua and Kana Arima.
