More about Anime Figures
Anime figures are three-dimensional versions of characters from anime, manga and games. Their roots lie in garage kits: in the early 1980s, hobbyists in Japan cast unpainted resin kits in small runs, because the shops barely covered monsters and female characters.
In 1982, General Products began pairing such kits with licences from the rights holders. In 1985, Wonder Festival started in Tokyo as a market for the scene. Factory-painted PVC figures followed later.
The range runs from Jujutsu Kaisen to Spy x Family and includes re-issues as well as announced figures that have not yet been released.
