More about Matoi Ryuko / Ryuuko
Matoi Ryuko (Ryuuko) is the lead character of Kill la Kill, the 2013 anime series from Studio Trigger. The student drifts from place to place and transfers to Honnōji Academy, looking for the other half of her red Scissor Blade and for her father's killer. In the original, she is voiced by Ami Koshimizu.
Her look defines her: Senketsu, a talking sailor uniform made of Life Fibers (a kamui), which gives her strength and demands her blood in return. On synchronisation it turns into black and red armour. The figures pick up exactly this shift between everyday uniform, battle form and Scissor Blade.
The range runs from chibi figures to large scale figures; further figures have been announced.
