More about Momo Ayase
Momo Ayase is the female lead of DAN DA DAN, the manga by Yukinobu Tatsu that began in April 2021. She is at the centre of the story from the first chapter: a high school student who believes in ghosts, stays sceptical about aliens, and has psychic powers of her own. She was raised by her grandmother.
Momo comes across as a gyaru, irritable and direct, yet early on she takes up the cause of a classmate who is being bullied: Okarun. By his own account, Tatsu redrew the character again and again to present her the way he wanted, and compared her to Superman.
The range includes Pop Up Parade figures and an announced Luminasta figure for the second season.
