Samus Aran, bounty hunter and lead character of Nintendo's Metroid series, as Figma, Chogokin and statue in her various suits.
More about Samus Aran
Samus Aran debuted in 1986 in the first Metroid for the Nintendo Entertainment System. She was designed by Hiroji Kiyotake and conceived by Makoto Kano. Raised by the bird-like Chozo and infused with their DNA, she works as a bounty hunter on behalf of the Galactic Federation.
That a woman is hiding under the helmet is only revealed at the end of the original game, a real surprise at the time. Since then her suits have shaped her image: Power Suit and Varia Suit in the Prime games, the Zero Suit since Metroid: Zero Mission, most recently Metroid Dread.
This page features figures and statues of the character, from the poseable Figma to the limited 1/4 scale statue.
