HQS (High Quality Statue) is Tsume's resin statue product line from Luxembourg, divided into HQS, HQS Dioramax and Ultra HQS.
More about HQS
HQS stands for High Quality Statue and refers to the resin statues made by Tsume, a manufacturer from Luxembourg. Since the range was reorganised, a product name has three parts: HQS, ambition and scale, mostly 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 or 1/8.
Tsume distinguishes three levels of ambition. HQS is the classic statue. In HQS Dioramax, the diorama itself is the load-bearing element of the composition. Ultra HQS is for statues that cannot be fitted into the standard scheme because of their size, look or concept. The earlier HQS+ statues for the Saint Seiya diorama stay in their own line so that the collection remains complete.
Newer statues carry a numbered metal plate with its own relief. The subjects come from One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, Saint Seiya and Naruto, among others.
