Ema Yasuhara - Shirobako - Alter

Alter brings us a statue form the great anime series Shirobako for the first time. This is a show that every anime fan should consider picking up not only thanks to the likeable characters and plenty of funny scenes but also because you get a very nice behind the scenes look at the work of an anime studio. The story follows five friends who all strive to be part of the anime industry in some form after their graduating from high school. Each of them pursues a different kind of career and some day they want to work on the same series together. One of them is Ema Yasuhara who works as a key animator for Musashino Animation. The figure depicts her working in the office. She sits in her chair with a pencil in hand trying to make sure that every single scene of the next episode looks great. Ema has a cute smile for us, a great hairstyle with two braids and wears her classic outfit from the anime. Alter really did a great job in sculpting the figure and we sure hope that the other girls might get their own ones someday.
