- The Thinker1 to order
The Thinker by Auguste Rodin, which is already part of the Table Museum series, gets a new stone-look variant. This idea is not all new, because replicas of the Thinker can be found all over the world and are often, but not always made of bronze, like the original. For example, a museum of art in Strasbourg has a plaster-cast of him. In comparison with the Thinker in bronze, who looks rather greenish-black, the stone Thinker fits those statues of the series which are portrayed as made of marble. If you want to make your collection coherent or including as much contrast as possible is up to you. Of course having two different Thinkers will double the fun!
