Kongou - Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova - FunnyKnights

Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio or Arpeggio of Blue Steel is a seinen manga and anime series that also got two movies in 2015. It takes place in a not-too-distant future where global warming has led to most of the earth being covered in water. As if this wasn't bad enough, highly evolved battleships appear, destroying the human fleet and blocking their seaways. They are controlled by humanoid avatars called Mental Models and Kongou is one of them. She fights protagonist Gunzo and his crew because she believes that her former "colleagues" Iona and Takao have been corrupted by getting into contact with him. FunnyKnights now announced a very cool figure of her that makes use of her black outfit to show her in a sitting position. Her hair as well as her black dress look very detailed and true to the original design. An exceptional figure and an eyecatcher for every showcase!
