Banpresto has published the Magic Pen of Usagi Tsukino in the 5th Sailor Moon Miniaturely Tablet series. Usagi uses this pen to transform into a girl of a suitable occupation when she wants to sneak into a building. The upper golden part can be taken off so it can be filled with peppermints or something similar. Unfortunately, it cannot write, but you get a little bit of sparkle and glitter for your handbag.
Two more charms of this line are sold seperately.
