In 1988, the now famous studio Gainax released a six-part OVA calles Gunbuster (or Top o Nerae!) that marked the directing debut of none other than Hideaki Anno. The setting even sounds a little similar to his best-known work Neon Genesis Evangelion, with pilots in giant robots fighting against space monsters. To celebrate the studio's 20th anniversary, a sequel called Diebuster was released in 2004 that deals with new characters and reveals its connection to the first series throughout the story. Nono is the main character and a country girl who follows her dream of becoming a robot pilot to the city. Matching the Yoko from Gurren Lagann, another Gainax title, Freeing has announced Nono as a giant 1/4 statue in a red bunny suit. To not take up too much space, she has gotten on her knees and shows you a smile. From the shiny suit to the delicate tights, this figure shows its high quality and is a gem for all bunny fans!
