Shiryuu the rain was a commander of the guards in the prison Impel Down. He abused his position to capture weak ties on a whim and was sentenced to death daruch itself. To entfleihen he joined the Blackbeard Pirates. He is not the type you can already sympathetic to his character design. The anime figure from the Portrait of Pirates series by Megahouse of him showing his nasty character very well.
