Phanatasmoon is Arcueid Brunestud from "Tsukihime" in Magical Girl outfit. In the Type Moon universe there is the gag OVA "Carnival Phantasm" in the Arcueid plays along as Phantasmoon. Arcueid itself is actually a less prissy vampire and it's even funnier that they appear in such a outfit. The premium character of Sega really is impressive in terms of the details. Her face has become really very pretty.
