Alter re-releases the great Altair statues based on Durarara! in a Renewal Version similar to what they did with their Natsume Takahashi. The designs of the characters are now closer to their versions in the second season of the anime, Durarara!!x2. The series is running or three months followed by a break of three months and so on. Shizuo is basically some kind of super hero in the series. He fights with a very unrefined style known for his use of street signs as weapons but he just shows his immense superhuman power. He himself says that he doesn't even like violence but he is still thrown into one battle after the other in the streets of Ikebukuro.
In addition to Shizuo we also get a new release of his arch nemesis Izaya and of the legendary Dullahan Celty.
