More about Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VII was released in Japan on 31 January 1997 for the PlayStation. Square developed it under director Yoshinori Kitase, with Hironobu Sakaguchi as producer, character design by Tetsuya Nomura and music by Nobuo Uematsu. It was the first main-series entry with three-dimensional character models, and it moved the setting from the medieval fantasy of earlier games to a loosely futuristic world.
The story grew beyond the game: from 2003, Advent Children led to the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, and the Remake series followed later, its second part Rebirth appearing in 2024. The figures on this page are made by Square Enix and draw on both the original designs and the newer ones.
The range includes poseable action figures from the Bring Arts and Play Arts Kai lines, among them supporting characters such as Zack Fair, Tseng and Vincent Valentine.
