More about Meine ganz besondere Hochzeit
Meine ganz besondere Hochzeit (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon) began as a web novel by Akumi Agitogi on Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Since January 2019 it has been published by Fujimi Shobo as a light novel, illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka. At its centre is Miyo Saimori, who is married off to Kiyoka Kudo, and the slow closeness that grows between them.
Rito Kohsaka's manga version has run on Gangan Online (Square Enix) since December 2018. The studio Kinema Citrus adapted the series as an anime: the first season started in July 2023, the second in January 2025. In between, a live-action film reached Japanese cinemas in March 2023.
In German, the manga and light novel are published by Altraverse; Nendoroids of Miyo and Kiyoka are also available.
