More about Resident Evil
Resident Evil was released in 1996 as a Capcom game for the PlayStation, titled Biohazard in Japan. Directed by Shinji Mikami, it has Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine trying to survive a mansion in the Arklay Mountains where zombies and other monsters lurk. Its model was Capcom's horror game Sweet Home from 1989.
Resident Evil 2 moved the story to Raccoon City in 1998, whose residents have been turned into zombies by a biological weapon; Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield are at the centre. Resident Evil 3: Nemesis followed a year later. Beyond the games, the five-volume manga Marhawa Desire by Naoki Serizawa was published by Kazé Manga from 2012.
The range includes Nendoroids and ARTFX figures of Leon S. Kennedy, Ada Wong and Chris Redfield, among others.
