More about Danganronpa
Danganronpa is a Japanese visual novel series created by Kazutaka Kodaka and developed by Spike Chunsoft. The first game, Trigger Happy Havoc, was released for the PlayStation Portable in 2010. It centres on a group of high school students whom the bear Monokuma pushes to murder one another; the games mix adventure, visual novel and dating sim elements.
The world quickly grew beyond the games: Super Danganronpa 2: Sayonara Zetsubou Gakuen (2012) was followed by Danganronpa – The Animation in 2013, the action spin-off Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls in 2014 and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony in 2017. Novels, manga and further anime productions add to it.
As figures, the series appears as Nendoroid, Pop Up Parade and B-Style, among others; several re-issues and new characters have been announced.
