More about Monogatari Series
Monogatari (物語, "story") began in 2005 as a series of short stories by Nisio Isin in Kodansha's literary magazine Mephisto, at first without illustrations. From the third story on, Vofan's artwork was added. At its centre is high school student Koyomi Araragi, who survives a vampire attack and helps girls haunted by supernatural phenomena; these mirror their emotional troubles. All story arcs carry the suffix -monogatari in their titles.
Studio Shaft adapted the series from 2009 with Bakemonogatari. The Kizumonogatari film trilogy was released in 2016 and 2017. Besides figures, this world also includes trading card games for the series, such as Weiß Schwarz.
