More about Nijisanji
Nijisanji started in Japan in February 2018, at first as the name of a Live2D face-tracking app from the company Ichikara. Eight Virtual YouTubers presented it on Mirrativ, and they became the agency's first generation. Since May 2021 the company has been called ANYCOLOR.
Unlike early Virtual YouTubers, who mostly published pre-recorded videos, Nijisanji focused on livestreams from the start. That is why its members are called Virtual Livers. The agency grew into one of the largest in the scene, with branches in Indonesia, South Korea and the English-speaking world.
