Nendoroid Doll Archetype
The Japanese maker behind Nendoroid, Pop Up Parade and figma, founded in 2001 as an event and talent agency.
More about Good Smile Company
Good Smile Company was founded in May 2001 by Aki Takanori, initially as an event and talent agency. Working with Max Factory led the company to the hobby products that now form its core: planning, manufacturing and distribution of figures and toys.
The maker is best known for the Nendoroid line, with its stylised chibi proportions, and for figma, whose figures are more articulated. Scale figures, mostly in PVC, complete the picture. Through Good Smile Racing the company is also active in motorsport, where the itasha cars featuring Hatsune Miku are the best-known motif.
Beyond figures, the range also includes plushies and BRICKROID building kits, for example for Evangelion.
