Chi-chi appears early in the Dragon Ball series, when Son Goku searches for the Dragon Balls for the first time. The daughter of the Ox-King seems to be brutal and touchy at first, but is really pure-hearted and shy, which becomes obvious because she can ride on Son Goku's Flying Nimbus. Because of a misunderstanding on the part of the naive boy, Chi-chi and Son Goku get engaged as children and later the older Chi-chi appears to call in the promise. Which is fortunate because we might have no Son Gohan and Son Goten otherwise. With the cute figures of the Dragon Ball Collection by Banpresto you can enjoy a bit of nostalgia!
