The Lupin III series got an new anime TV adaption in 2015, with a story taking place mostly in Italy, and it might soon be known as the blue series. The master thief wears another jacket every time a new anime series is released, and the new color is blue.
On this occasion Banpresto has created the Lupin III Opening Vignette figure series, featuring busts of the participating characters. The first one is Arsène Lupin himself. As a bust figure he has only his upper half down to the hips, where his body changes into a pedestal with his name tag on it. Lupin has a posture like in a wild chase, his jacket flying behind him. With a height of 11 cm he does not necessarily need a place in a display cabinet, but maybe in the shelf with the anime DVDs. We will try to get the rest of the team for the shop as well!
