Urakaze is one of eighteen destroyers of the Kagerou class, like for examle Yukikaze and Shiranui. The historical ship was first put into service in December 1940 and was unfortunately sunk in November 1944.
The fleet girl has an unusually big bust size for her ship class. However, her most distinguishing feature might be her language; she speaks Hiroshima-ben.
On the occasion of the autumn festival 2015 she was depicted in a blue yukata and manufacturer Taito has created a figure of that version. She wears a traditional festival mask on one side of her head and her usual hairstyle. The color of the yukata matches the color of her hair. She has left the stockings and reveals a lot of leg to the observer. Instead of her normal rigging, she carries a rifle, a somewhat unusual attire for visiting a festival.
Statues in festival costumes are always an eye-catcher, so she could be displayed with figures from other franchises if you collect this style. But of course she is a nice addition to Kancolle collections as well!
