Murakumo Kai Ni - Wonderful Hobby Selection

Murakumo is a Fubuki class destroyer. Those ships were built from 1926 until 1931 and represented a great improvement regarding speed, range and weaponry compared to former destroyer types. Although they were rather old, they were still strong opponents in World War II. Murakumo means “geathering clouds” or “group of clouds” which perfectly matches her white hair which flies like a cloud behind her, although they are rather light blue on this statue, like shadows on fresh snow. She is portrayed in her Kai Ni form, meaning her second remodel. She now wears shoes with red rudders as platform heels and her dress looks more refined, she also has a new anchor but does not use the spear she had in her other forms anymore. Her posture is similar to her artwork on the game card. Murakumo is described as a tsundere-character and might therefore bring a bit of commotion into your collection at first, but she has a good heart for sure.
