Sayaka was still missing in the Relax Time series, in which all the girls from Puella Magi Madoka Magika are portrayed in their school uniforms, lying on a base printed to look like a cushion and formed like half a yin and yang sign. This way the figures with their bases can be combined freely. Sayaka, for example, holds out her hand to grab Kyouko's, but this is not mandatory. The girls are not fixed on their bases so they can also be displayed without.
Sayaka is a character who always thinks about others first, therefore her wish is for Kyosuke's hand to be healed so he can play his beloved violin again. Tragically he never learns what she did for him and falling in love with her was not part of the wish either. You should always think very carefully about what you really want before uttering a wish!
This is Sayaka with open eyes. A version with closed eyes is also available.
