Thousand Sunny - Grand Ship Collection Vol. 01 - One Piece Model Kit

Certainly everyone knows this ship from the Grand Ship Collection by Bandai, because it belongs to the Straw Hat Pirates from One Piece and is their second ship after the *Going Merry* was no longer seaworthy. But that's how it is in the hard life of a pirate. The *Thousand Sunny* was built mainly by Franky, with the help of some other shipwrights of Water 7. She consists of wood of the Treasure Tree Adam, which is of the highest and most durable quality. Franky was able to obtain it on the Black Market for a horrendous price. It took him only a few days to make a ship out of it. It is about twice the size of the *Going Merry* and much better suited to travel the big seas. The *Thousand Sunny* has an animal's head as a figurehead, a lion, but it looks quite tame. However, the front cannon is hidden in the mouth! This model kit of the famous ship can be assembled without glue, so even beginners can do it. When finished, the ship is about 13 cm high.
