Hayao Miyazaki's 2004 Ghibli film after Diana Wynne Jones: collectibles around Sophie, Hauru and Calcifer, from artbook to mug.

More about Das wandelnde Schloss
It began with Diana Wynne Jones's novel, published in 1986. Hayao Miyazaki read it and was taken by the image of a castle wandering across the countryside. The result was the 2004 film from Studio Ghibli, produced by Toshio Suzuki, with music by Joe Hisaishi. It had its world premiere in Venice on 5 September 2004 and opened in Japanese cinemas on 20 November.

The film follows Sophie, a hatmaker whom a witch turns into an old woman, and the wizard Hauru, who refuses to fight for the king. Miyazaki sets different priorities from the source: love, loyalty and the destructive effect of war. It was nominated for the Oscar for Best Animated Feature at the 78th Academy Awards.

The range runs from an artbook and a calendar through a diorama and a mini 3D puzzle to Calcifer items for everyday use.
